First Checks

  2. Confirm your request headers and HMAC signatures using the Authentication guide.
  3. Verify sandbox credentials against the Environment setup.

Provide the following details when raising a ticket:

  • Request ID or payment identifier
  • Endpoint and HTTP method
  • Timestamp and nonce used in the request
  • Relevant response payload or error logs
